Besselco is seeking a detail oriented and motivated Entry Level Accounting Associate to support our finance and operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and looking to grow within a fast paced beauty and consumer brand company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize payment records in Excel
• Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments
• Review and verify sales records by product and by channel
• Prepare monthly sales and expense reports
• Assist in preparing monthly revenue and cost summaries for management
• Monitor and reconcile inventory records
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure data accuracy
• Support general bookkeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks
• Korean and English bilingual proficiency
• Experience in ecommerce, consumer goods, or beauty industry
• Familiarity with inventory management and multi channel sales reporting
