Content Design Intern
Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Content Design Intern to support creative execution across e-commerce, email marketing, and social media. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, creative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced consumer brand environment. High performing interns will be considered for full time positions.

Responsibilities 

  • Design website banners, landing visuals, and promotional assets 
  • Create newsletter creative for email marketing campaigns 
  • Produce social media content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special promotions 
  • Adapt and resize assets across multiple formats and platforms 
  • Collaborate closely with the design and marketing team, senior UX, graphic designer, and marketing and sales manager 

Required Qualifications 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creativity with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Portfolio required 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Figma 
  • AI design tools such as Nano Banana, TopView, and Midjourney 
  • Video editing tools including Premiere Pro or CapCut
  • Interest in skincare, beauty, or ecommerce brands

The Marketing Associate will support marketing and sales planning for Madeca Derma in the US market. This role works cross functionally with internal teams and participates in communication with headquarters, including Dongkook Pharmaceutical. We are looking for a proactive and responsible team player who is ready to take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities 

  • Support marketing and sales plan development and execution 
  • Assist with campaign planning, launches, and promotions
  • Participate in HQ meetings and cross border communication
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables with internal teams
  • Track performance and prepare reports and insights
  • Work closely with design, marketing, and sales leadership 

Required Qualifications 

  • 1 to 3 years of marketing experience 
  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce marketing, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and performance-driven initiatives across owned and paid channels
  • Experience supporting DTC platforms such as Shopify or similar e-commerce systems, with an understanding of product listings, merchandising, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with end-to-end e-commerce workflows, from traffic acquisition to checkout and post-purchase engagement
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, and responsible work ethic 

Preferred Qualifications 

Fluency in both English and Korean, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
